We are a safety net DSH inner city hospital with a newly developing medication assistance program. Besides helping outpatients obtain their needed medications, we are also focusing on the bulk replacement/institutional replacement/hospital replacement programs that provide replacement meds for those utilized on the inpatient uninsured patients. Does anyone have any experience with any of these programs? Or have information on an educational site identifying and seperating these programs from the PAPs? Thanks!
