January 21, 2010

Medications are a crucial part of staying healthy for millions of individuals. Yet, medication-related errors are a major concern for providers, caregivers and pharmacists. By the end of this webinar, you will learn:

- How to identify the most common ways that medication-related problems occur in outpatient settings.

- How to identify specific strategies to diminish the lik elihood of medication-related problems occurring in their clinic/practice/program.

- Ways to assess the effectiveness of medication safety measures once put into use.
