Collection and Use of Voluntary Information
RxAssist collects statistical information regarding the use of the RxAssist and the Learning Center web site, such as site traffic and usage patterns.  We use this statistical and aggregated information for internal purposes and may provide such information to third parties from time to time. However, no personal information will be disclosed to third parties without the user’s permission.

IP Addresses
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. All computer identification on the Internet is conducted with IP addresses, which allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with each other.  RxAssist and the Learning Center collect IP addresses to conduct system administration and to conduct site analysis.  If a user requests pages from the RxAssist or Learning Center web site, our servers enter the user’s IP address into a log.  We do not generally associate IP addresses with records containing personal information.  However, RxAssist and the Learning Center will use IP addresses to identify users who refuse to comply with our rules or the RxAssist web site’s Terms and Conditions of Use, and to identify users who threaten our service, site, or others.

Cookies
RxAssist and the Learning Center may employ cookie technology to allow users to
move more quickly through our site.  Cookies are small text files a web site can use to recognize repeat users and facilitate the user’s ongoing access to and use of the site. Generally, cookies work by assigning a unique number to the user that has no meaning outside the assigning site.  They do not pose a threat to a user’s files. We do not use cookies to collect personal information. However, users should be aware that we cannot control the use of cookies by third parties. If a user does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the user to deny or accept the cookie feature.  Please note that cookies may be necessary to provide the user with certain features available on the RxAssist and Learning Center web sites.

RxAssist may modify this Privacy Policy at any time.  We will post changes on this page so you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it. This Privacy Policy as it may be modified will be effective immediately upon its posting, so please review this Privacy Policy each time you access the web site. Your continued use of the RxAssist and Learning Center web site constitutes your acceptance of any modification to this Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your access.  No modification or attempted modification of this Privacy Policy by you shall be binding on us.

Reorganizations and Acquisitions
If RxAssist or the Learning Center ever undergoes a reorganization or change of control, merges with another entity, all user information may be transferred to the reorganized, controlling, merging, or acquiringentity, which will use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
